U.S. Spearfishing Nationals Coming to Fort Bragg

I just got the word that on August 9, the national spearfishing competition will be held in Fort Bragg. Some 65 men and women divers and their families will be flying in from all over the U.S. to compete. Winners apparently qualify for world competition in Venezuela in October.
Spearfishermen and women apparently don’t use oxygen tanks in these competitions. They have to hold their breath while fishing and must follow strict rules.
