The Discriminating Guide to Adventure on the Mendocino Coast

Both tourists and locals should be interested in trails proposed for Glass Beach and the Haul Road, all part of MacKerricher State Park in Fort Bragg, California.

Here are the details of the hearing. More on the actual plan when I get them:

On Tuesday evening, August 14, 2007, from 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at Town Hall
in Fort Bragg, CA State Parks will hold a public meeting to receive input
from the community regarding the Glass Beach and Haul Road Trail proposals.
Town Hall is located at 363 North Main Street in Fort Bragg. A brief presentation will be made by CA State Parks on each of the proposed trail projects. The community will be able to ask questions, provide written comments and interact with both CA State Park representatives and with each other.
