Women’s Voices on KZYX & Z to feature Maureen Eppstein

Poet and memoirist Maureen Eppstein will be Blake More’s guest on the Women’s Voices program on Radio KZYX & Z Monday, March 9 at 7:00 pm.
As well as reading a selection of poems, Eppstein will discuss her role in planning the Mendocino Coast Writers Conference and her upcoming “Soundings” reading and workshop March 27 and 28 on writing about nature. She will also talk about her latest project, a memoir/ narrative nonfiction book about how her late sister’s work on Maori land rights issues in New Zealand helped bring about dramatic social and cultural changes in that country.
Mendocino Outdoors, the premier guidebook for outdoor fun and adventure on the Mendocino Coast, has been completely expanded and revised for the 3rd Edition.
